- Machine is equipped with variable speed paper feeding structure, automatic paper collecting structure, automatic oil lubricating and forced air cooling for lubricating main drive structure of the machine.
- Additional brush wheels and pressing wheels for thin paper and corrugated board running.
- Die-cutting chase fixed accurately by pneumatic lock system. Die-cutting plate is putted in and out by air floating device for minimum wear out.
- All electrical, electronic and mechanical parts are sourced from internationally recognized and reliable brands like FUJI, MITSUBHISHI, SCHNEIDER to ensure high die-cutting precision and speed for endless life of the machine
Combination of PLC and HMI makes the machine consumer friendly. - Electrical panels are cooled by air convection device to protect the electrical components and run steadily in controlled temperature.
