VIG Graphics: Mr. Chaudhary, you have been associated with VIG Graphics for a long time. Can you share more about your journey with them?
Mr. Manoj Chaudhary: We have been working with VIG Graphics for nearly 15 years now, and it has been an absolute honor to be associated with them throughout these years. Their commitment to innovation and customer support has played a crucial role in our operations and growth.
VIG Graphics: Could you tell us about the machinery currently in use at ZASFA Packaging?
Mr. Manoj Chaudhary: We have integrated a wide range of high-performance machines from VIG Graphics. Currently, we operate six fingerless corrugation machines. Additionally, our setup includes:
- Three Automatic Flute Laminator Machines:
- 3 Ply Flute Laminator (1450mm)
- 3 Ply Flute Laminator (1450mm)
- 5 Ply Flute Laminator (1650mm)
- Three Auto Die-Cutting Machines:
- One equipped with foiling, embossing, and die-cutting
- Another for 5 Ply Auto Die Cutting
- A third machine with embossing and die-cutting
All three have an average operational speed of 5,000 sheets per hour.
